If the internal lights and display are working, the issue is likely not the power supply but a mechanical component like the compressor or a fan motor. 

Alternatively, your fridge might need gas.

Sounds like a problem with the drainage pump or there is a blockage in the system.

 

A clogged or expired water filter can block the water supply to the ice maker. Manufacturers recommend replacing the filter every six months.
